Korem - An intense Vino Rosso IGT Isola dei Nuraghi, showcasing a deep red hue. Its aroma is persistent and well-balanced, while the taste is velvety, full, harmonious, warm, and rounded. This wine undergoes approximately 6 months of bottle aging and is crafted through a medium-duration maceration process with malolactic fermentation in glass-coated cement vats. It pairs exceptionally well with first courses featuring savory meat sauces, spit-roasted suckling pig, grilled red meat, oven-roasted lamb, myrtle-infused chicken, Sardinian sausage, and aged Sardinian pecorino cheese.
