This is a 100% Malvasia di Sardegna wine that takes on an intense straw-yellow color with golden reflections as it ages. It boasts an intense and enduring aroma with notes of roasted almonds and hazelnuts. The wine is dry, soft, and warm, owing to its high alcohol and glycerin content. It pairs beautifully with desserts, especially high-quality cheese and chocolate. This wine can be aged for many decades in the bottle and should be served at a temperature of 18°C.
