• Aging: After careful vinification, this rosé spends 1 month in the bottle to further refine its flavors.
• Vinification: The production involves cold maceration for 4-6 hours, followed by natural clarification at 10°C and temperature-controlled fermentation at 16°C. The wine rests in chilled stainless steel tanks to preserve its freshness.
