Signoranna, Codrongianos (SS) in Sardinia, Italy, the grapes are meticulously handpicked in early October, ensuring a 100% pure Cannonau wine. The yield per hectare amounts to 60 quintals.The wine undergoes a maturation and refinement process: 6 months in stainless steel, 8 months in concrete, and an additional 6 months in small French oak barrels. This process imparts a deep garnet color with hints of ripe red fruits. The alcohol content reaches an impressive 14.5% vol.
