This distinctive wine boasts an intense ruby-red color with violet highlights. Meticulously refined in small French barrels, it has the potential for extended aging. The aroma is rich and complex, offering notes of ripe fruits, preserves, and subtle hints of spices and minerals. Its taste is soft, warm, and well-balanced, with a pleasant acidity and tannin presence. Enjoy it at a temperature of 18-20°C; it pairs perfectly with pasta, rice dishes, spicy legume-based dishes, grilled or slow-cooked red meats, and aged cheeses. This wine undergoes a 2-year aging process in Tonneau/Barrique, followed by an additional 6 months in wooden barrels and a final 10-12 months in the bottle.
