Noble Cannonau grapes thrive in the Isalle Vineyard, giving life to this outstanding wine. Aged for 12 months in Barriques and then refined for an additional 6 months in the bottle, this wine perfectly complements grilled and braised meats, slow-cooked wild boar, and aged cheeses. Serve it at 16-18 degrees Celsius, and open the bottle 30 minutes before pouring.
Production: Fermentation and maceration in conical wooden vessels. Fermentation in Barriques.
Aging: Minimum of 12 months in French Barriques.
Color: Intense ruby red color with subtle garnet nuances, remarkably clear.
Bouquet: Highly intense and wide-ranging, featuring aromas of blackberry jam, vegetal hints, and balsamic notes.
Taste: Dry and supple, with a delightful fruity finish; excellent structure and well-expressed tannins, offering warmth and an inviting, long, clean finish.
Serving Suggestion: Ideal for grilled and braised meats, wild boar, or aged cheese. Serving Temperature: 18-20°C.
